Prohibited activities include: use of automated software or bots, fraudulent conduct, money laundering, promotion abuse, and any activity that violates Malaysian law or compromises platform security.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the myboss88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Users are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means.
Myboss88 does not accept third-party deposits. If there is any doubt regarding the source of funds, we reserve the right to place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and internal verification procedures.
All transactions are final once confirmed by the system. If you wish to dispute a transaction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the myboss88 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and code — is the exclusive property of myboss88 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from myboss88.
Unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
Myboss88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes.
